TULAROSA, NMNOVEMBER 4, 2017—A Revenant, the AQHA Racing Champion 2-Year-Old Colt of 2016, will begin his stallion career in 2018 at R.D. and Joan Dale Hubbard's Crystal Springs Farm near Tularosa, New Mexico. His fee has been set at $3,000.
Owned by Hubbard, Southway, Cope and Rafter W the son of leading sire Mr Jess Perry won or placed in 4-of-4 starts at 2, earning $604,800. He won the Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity and was second by a head in the Grade 1 Ruidoso Futurity.
A Revenant, under champion jockey Cody Jensen, winning the $1 million Grade 1 Rainbow Futurity at Ruidoso Downs.

A Revenant's dam is Rainbow Futurity(G1) winner Thewayouwantmetoo SI 108 by Mr Eye Opener. She is set a new 400-yard track record of :19.209 seconds at Ruidoso Downs. Also, a finalist in the Rainbow Derby(G1) and Ruidoso Derby she earned $327,953.
Thewayouwantmetoo is the dam of 7 ROM, 6 winners including champion A Revenant SI 91 (see above), Rainbow Futurity(G1) runner-up Belle Helene SI 102 ($214,858), G1-placed Luv Supreme Si 92 $202,143), G1-placed The Hiway SI 96 ($156,284), etc.
The second dam is the multiple stakes-producing Special Effort mare Hope And Glory, dam of 8 ROM, 7 winners including Grade 1 winner Thewayyouantmetoo SI 108 (see above), stakes winner Hesa Eye Opener SI 102 ($48,553), G1-placed The Way You Want Me SI 100 ($102,929), G1-placed Ryons Special Effort SI 107 ($91,003), etc.
