BURBANK, WA—NOVEMBER 30, 2018—Favorite Soldier, an unraced son of leading sire Favorite Cartel, will begin his stallion career in 2019 at RG Racing Farms, LLC, near Burbank, Washington.

Owned by Jeff Ray, the 16 hand Favorite Soldier will stand for an introductory fee of $1,500 in 2019. Consideration will be given to good mares and cooled semen is available.

His sire Favorite Cartel SI 105, is a Grade 1 winner of $607,669. From only four crops to race he has sired 210 winners (61%), 59 stakes horses (17%), earners in excess of $8.2 million with average earnings per starter of $24,072.

Led by Governor's Cup Futurity(G2) winner Powerful Favorite ($226,340), Favorite Cartel is currently the #8 Leading Sire of Money Earners in 2018 with 101 winners, 14 stakes winners and earnings of $2.53 million this year to date. Powerful Favorite is currently the second fastest qualifier to the Grade 1 $1.87 million Los Alamitos Two Million Futurity (finals to be run December 16).
