SHELBYVILLE, IN—JUNE 2, 2017—First Cucuy, a gelded son of the Bono Jazz stallion Jazz Be First owned and trained by Sacramento Chavez, is one of 10 state-bred sophomores entered back in Saturday’s 350-yard, $75,000-added Harley Greene Derby (R) at Indiana Grand.

The fastest qualifier, First Cucuy made his season debut with a three-quarter length victory on a sloppy and sealed track in the second of three trials on May 19. The gelding drew post 5 and will be ridden by Jose Davila.
