AJAX, ONTARIO, CANADA—OCTOBER 14, 2018—Had To Be Ivory, a bay son of Ivory James and the second-fastest qualifier, is the 3-1 morning-line favorite for Monday’s 400-yard, $88,300 Picov Derby at Ajax Downs.

Trained by Bryn Robertson for owners Carol Robertson and Jaime Robertson, Had To Be Ivory has won two of his three starts this year, including the 300-yard, $23,000 Ajax Downs Bonus Derby Challenge on June 17. The homebred gelding drew post 2 and will be ridden by Tony Phillips.
