NEW ORLEANS, LA—AUGUST 20, 2019—Dwaynes First Perry, a stakes-placed 7-year-old son of First Prize Perry racing for James and Teresa Vance, is one of eight distance specialists entered in Saturday’s 870-yard, $25,000 Faubourg St. John Stakes at Fair Grounds Racecourse.

Trained by James Vance, Dwaynes First Perry is coming off of a third-place finish in the 870-yard, $50,000 Live Oak Stakes (R) for Louisiana-breds at Delta Downs on July 6. The gelding has earned $21,940 from five starts this season.

Dwaynes First Perry drew post 5 and will be ridden by Everardo Rodriguez.
