ELGIN, TX—JULY 14 2020—Sustaining payments for the 2020 $1 million-est. Texas Classic Futurity(G1) and the $400,000-est. Texas Classic Derby(G1) are due Wednesday, July 15.

A $400 payment is due July 15, 2020 to sustain American Quarter Horse foals of 2018 to the 2020 Texas Classic Futurity(G1). Trials will for the 400 yard race will be contested November 7 and the final will run back on November 28, 2020 at Lone Star Park.

Supplemental nominations to both the Texas Classic Futurity(G1) and Texas Classic Derby(G1) may be made at time of entry for $50,000, plus all fees due at "time of entry to trials".

Nominators must be a current member of the TQHA at time of nomination, membership dues, if necessary, should be included with nomination.

Completed nomination blanks must be postmarked and mailed no later than January 15, 2020 to: Texas Quarter Horse Association, 14 N. Main, Suite B, Elgin, TX 78621.

The remaining 2020 payment schedule for the Texas Classic Series:

• July 15, 2020 / $400
• At Time of Entry $1,200* or $50,000 Supplemental nominations + all fees due at "Time of Entry" to trials.
