• Horsemen arriving from Texas are not permitted on the grounds.
• Entry of any horse(s) currently in Texas will only be accepted if the trainer agrees to arrange shipping such that the horse(s) are dropped off to the care of another trainer and the handlers from Texas do not come on the grounds.
• Jockeys will not be allowed on grounds at Fair Meadows, Tulsa from Texas, Minnesota, Florida or Louisiana.
