Kole Kennemer Resigns as OQHRA Executive Director
OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—MAY 10, 2021—The OQHRA Executive Committee announced today that Kole Kennemer has resigned his position as Executive Director with the Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association effective immediately.
Kennemer was hired in January 2019 following the death of longtime OQHRA Executive Director Debbie Schauf.
Kennemer, who grew up on his family ranch in Western Oklahoma, brought extensive experience in finance and management to the association. He had previously worked as Chief Financial Officer for an oilfield service company and for the House of Representatives in Washington D.C..
