GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—OCTOBER 3, 2015—Lone Star Park hosted two AQHA Racing Challenge races on Saturday's race card. Both winners will now advance to the Bank of America Challenge Championships in their respective divisions on November 7 at Lone Star Park.
Merial Lone Star Distaff Challenge
Visual Magic posted a powerful effort under jockey Ricky Ramirez to defeat Cheyenne Hero by one-length in the $47,880 Merial Lone Star Distaff Challenge Saturday night. Rebas Corona Eagle finished a head back in he show position. Trainer Gilbert Aguirre III saddled the Merial Lone Star Distaff Challenge trifecta.

Legacy Ranch, Inc. bred Visual Magic in California from the Strawfly Special mare Tender Flyer. The bay filly is a sister to champion 2-year-old filly Flying Fig. She has compiled a (9) 4-2-1 record and earned nearly $50,000.
Cheyenne Hero races for owner Canadian River Quarter Horse LLC and trainer Gilbert Aquirre, III. Lana Merrick and Kent Jackson bred the Valiant Hero filly in Oklahoma from the Feature Mr Jess mare Illegal Feature. She earned $9,576 to boost her earnings to $30,321.
Also trained by Aguirre, Rebas Corona Eagle races for George Mitchell, B. and L. Herricks. Luis Vivanco rode the One Famous Eagle filly out of the Corona Cartel mare Little Rebas Corona. Bred by La Feliz Montana Ranch, LLC, the sorrel filly picked up $4,788 for third.
Kiss The Tears Away, Lil Famous Dash, Catcha Breeze, Melovemetwo, Twntyfour Karat Rock and Streakin Thru Fire completed the field. Im A Feature Girl was scratched.
Zoetis Lone Star Distance Challenge
Ty Remington's owned-and-trained Jess Twice Cash made easy company of the field of seven Saturday night at Lone Star Park. The son of multiple stakes sire Jess Louisiana Blue rolled a two-length victory over Jessa Little Rusty. Post-time favorite Cjs Rocksolid finished half-a-length back in third.

This win also guarantees Jess Twice Cash a starting spot in the $100,000 Zoetis Distance Challenge Championship on November 7 at Lone Star Park.

Multiple graded stakes winner Cjs Rocksolid earned $4,328 to boost his career total to $162,358. Tammy Kay Johnson conditions the 5-year-old Rock Solid Jess gelding from The Signature mare Sultry Miss. Cjs Rocksolid is a homebred racing for Rockin J Running Horses and Jack Manning.
Fire On The Fly, The Field Cricket, Hey Hey Hey Hey and Loves Captain completed the field.
