Grade 3 Decketta Draws Full Field of Distaffers

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—MARCH 30, 2017—Miss Feet Down First, a Grade 1-winning 4-year-old Dominyum mare racing for Esequiel Porras, is one of 10 fillies and mares entered in Saturday’s 350-yard, $50,000 Decketta Stakes (G3) at Remington Park.

Miss Feet Down First is trained by Ruben Soto, and she will be making her first official start since July 23, when she ran fifth, 2 1/2 lengths behind winner Valiant Rogue, in the 440-yard, $1,224,000 Rainbow Derby (G1) at Ruidoso Downs. The mare has won five of 11 starts and has banked $296,871, and her resume includes a 1 1/4-length victory in the 2015 Southwest Juvenile Championship (G1) at Zia Park.

Miss Feet Down First drew post 8 and will be ridden by Oscar Cordova. Her nine opponents include Memphis D Nasty, a graded stakes winning 4-year-old Fdd Dynasty mare trained by Mario Sanchez for owner Esteban Sanchez Ruiz. Memphis D Nasty is coming off of a neck victory at odds of 36-1 in the 350-yard, $50,000 KOFX-FM Handicap (G3) at Sunland Park.

Memphis D Nasty drew post 6 and will be ridden by Ricky Ramirez.
