PORTLAND, OR—NOVEMBER 23, 2018—Connie Chumbley’s GC Harrys Game, a homebred stakes-winning son of champion Carters Cartel, will make his next start in Sunday’s 400-yard Baxter Andruss Futurity trials at Portland Meadows.
Trained by Scott Raley, GC Harrys Game will be stretching out in distance off of his half-length victory in the November 4, 350-yard Far West Futurity at Portland Meadows. The gelding has won two of six starts and has earned $16,318 while racing in Oregon and Washington.
GC Harrys Game is one of 16 2-year-olds entered in the Baxter Andruss Futurity trials. He drew post 6 and will be ridden by Robert Burney in the second of two trials.
The 10 fastest qualifiers will meet in the December 16, $20,000-added Baxter Andruss Futurity final.
