Among the highly anticipated hopefuls are $160,000 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale graduate FM Zantanas D Third. Trainer Robi Meche will saddle the son of leading sire Tempting Dash in the 12th race from post 6 for owner Jose Fabian Hernandez.

Sold under the name Third Temptation, FM Zantanas D Third is a brother to Sam Houston Futurity(G2) winner FM Im A Zatanaz Too and West Texas Derby(G3) winner Tempting Destiny. Lazy E Ranch, LLC, Agent consigned the sorrel colt for breeder McColee Land & Livestock, LLC. He is out of the stakes winning Mr Jess Perry mare Dashingfordestiny. The second dam is champion Dashing Phoebe.

The $160,000 sale graduate will face another Jose Fabian Hernandez-owned son of Tempting Dash, FM Steel Rock. A. Sanchez trains the $47,000 TQHA Yearling Sale graduate from the Fredricksburg mare Kritters Effort. The sorrel colt is a brother to Dash For Cash Juvenile winner Desdemona Rambler. This is the family of champions Jumping Tac Flash, Splash Bac, Feature Mr Bojangles and Carters Cartel.
