Tempting Dash Filly Pa Cha Ching Wins Texas Classic Juvenile

GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—NOVEMBER 9, 2019—Pa Cha Ching, runner-up in the Grade 2 Sam Houston Futurity last May got her first career stakes win on Saturday when she defeated Kj Mucho Macho Man by three-quarters in the $47,617 Texas Classic Juvenile at Lone Star Park.

Under jockey Eddie Sanchez, Pa Cha Ching covered the 400 yards in :19.784 seconds, equaling a 95 speed index into a 3 mph headwind. It was the fourth career win in six starts this season for the daughter of champion sire Tempting Dash and the $21,187 winners' purse boosted the filly's earnings total to $106,219.

A Texas homebred, racing for owner-breeder Pat Allen, Pa Cha Ching is conditioned by Jose Luis Sanchez III. She is out of the Jody O Toole mare Tolle N Round.

Runner-up Kj Mucho Macho Man, a G2-placed son of leading sire Apollitical Jess from the Rainbow Futurity(G1) winner Wild Six by Tres Seis, earned $14,284 for his second-place effort .Wesley Giles trains the Arizona homebred for owner-breeders John Lee, Wanda Kathy Lee and Ruben Mares. Jose Alvarez had the riding call aboard the $67,607 earnings.

Jose Fabian Hernandez' Fm Party Rock finished a neck back in the show position for trainer Robi Meche. Raul Ramirez, Jr. rode the Corona Cartel gelding out of Party Girl Affair by Streakin La Jolla. Bred by Robert and Karen Nunnally, Fm Party Rock picked up $7,142 for the effort.

Tempting Chad, Fm Bushwacker, Hodgepodge Hocks, Hock You, Jess Sumokin Hot and Alotalota completed the field. KJ Mustang Sally was scratched.
