HOBBS, NM—DECEMBER 1, 2019—Stolis Pro, a multiple stakes winner brother to former all-time leading money earner Stolis Winner, rolled to his third consecutive stakes win on Sunday following a half-length effort over Why Buy The Cow in the Grade 3 $50,000 King Rick Rack Stakes at Zia Park.
Ridden by jockey Francisco Calderon, Stolis Pro completed the 870 yards in :46.330 seconds, equaling a 90 speed index, while getting his 16th career win. He entered the race off a back-to-back stakes wins in the Sandia Stakes at Albuquerque and San Marcos Stakes at Retama Park.
The Texas homebred son of champion sire Stoli. races for owner-breeder Jerry Windham is conditioned by Jackie Riddle. Out of the Runway Winner mare Veva Jean, the 8-year-old has compiled a (38) 16-5-8 record and the King Rick Rack winners' purse valued at $29,400 boosted his lifetime mark to $182,656.

Post-time favorite Illtakeyouforaride finished a nose back in third for trainer Michael W. Joiner. Kelsi Purcell rode the 5-year-old FDD Dynasty gelding for owner Illtakeyouforaride Partnership. Coming off a win in the Herman Jefferson Stakes in his last start, Illtakeyouforaride earned $4,900 for the effort, bringing his bankroll to $96,870. Kirk Goodfellow bred the brown gelding in Oklahoma from Dashingfordestiny by Mr Jess Perry.
Rod James, Spit Prize Corona, J Boy A, D E Wagons Strawfly and Amsterdams Big Daddy completed the field.
