Dynasty Dinamo Gets First Win In Rulon Goodman Maiden Stakes

TUCSON, AZ—FEBRUARY 9, 2020—Making his first start since finishing third in an All American Futurity trial last August, Dynasty Dinamo defeated Favorite Flight by neck to break his maiden in the $9,000 Rulon Goodman Maiden Stakes (not black type) Sunday afternoon at Rillito Park.

Ridden by jockey Mark Jasso, Dynasty Dinamo completed the 300 yards in :15.676 seconds, equaling an 89 speed index with an 11 mph tailwind. The victory was worth $4,950.

Owned-and-trained by Ricardo Ramirez, Dynasty Dinamo is a 3year-old son of world champion FDD Dynasty from the Streakin Sixes mare Witchs Streak. Bred in Texas by Tyler Graham and Franklin Collins, the sorrel gelding has compiled a (5) 1-2-1 record and banked $14,577.

Runner-up Favorite Flight races for owner-trainer Jesus Torres-Casas. Jesus Osuna rode the Favorite Cartel 3-year-old out of Separate Flight by Separatist. The Steve D. Burns California bred has placed in three of seven career earns. He earned $1,800 for today's effort.

Papis Baby, under jockey Ricard Gamez, finished 1-˝ lengths back to earn $900 for third. Owned-and-trained by Oscar Gortarez, the daughter of multiple stakes sire Pappasito it out of the Mr Fancy Fame mare Moxie Mamma. Allreds Horse Haven bred the sorrel filly in Utah.

Troetto, Wr Jess Red, Heza Steady Shot, Rf Gonna Thunder and El Pescadito completed the field.
