OPELOUSAS, LA—OCTOBER 28, 2017—Champion sire The Louisiana Cartel SI 109 and Champion and Grade 1 sire Inseperable SI 96 will stand the 2018 season at Louisiana Center For Equine Reproduction near Opelousas, Louisiana. Both stallions are owned by Haddad Ranch.
The Louisiana Cartel
The Louisiana Cartel's 2018 fee has been set at $6,000, however breeders can take advantage of a pre-payment discount fee of $4,500 if paid in full by February 15.
A leading sire from limited starters in his first three crops to race, The Louisiana Cartel is the sire of 68 winners, 22 stakes horses (16%), 1 champion, earners of $3.3 million and average earnings per starter of more than $24,000.
Bred by Jumonville Farms and Guillory Brothers, the son of leading sire Corona Cartel won or placed in eight to 10 career starts at 3 and 4, earning $127,941. He won the Sam Houston Championship Challenge(G2), Sam Houston Classic(G2) and was third the Firecracker Derby.
