Grade 3 Winner Junior June Bug To Blanchet For 2018

VILLE PLATTE, LA—NOVEMBER 30, 2017—Multiple stakes winner Junior June Bug SI 99 will stand the 2018 season at Blanchet Farms near Ville Platte, Louisiana. His fee has been set at $1,500, however the first 25 breeders who book their mares can take advantage of a 50% discount.

Junior June Bug won or placed in 11 of 18 career start and earned nearly $290,000. He won the RG3 Zia Derby and Mountain Top Futurity at Ruidoso Downs and was second in the New Mexican Spring Futurity(RG2) at Sunland Park. He was also a finalist in the RG1 Zia Futurity, RG1 Jess Burner Memorial Handicap and RG2 Zia Handicap.

Junior June Bug's first crop will be 2-year-olds in 2018.

His sire is the stakes winning Mr Jess Perry son Jesse James Jr SI 98 ($167,275). A leading New Mexico sire in nine crops to race, Jesse James Jr has sired 289 winners, 28 stakes winners, 1 champion and earning in excess of $14 million.
