SHAKOPEE, MN—JUNE 5, 2013—The horsemen groups HBPA, MQHRA, MTA along with Canterbury Park have scheduled a BENEFIT for Randy Weidner this evening (June 5) at 6:00 pm in the Silks Bar at Canterbury Park.

Weidner lost his entire stable in the F5 tornado that hit Celestial Acres Farm near Moore, Oklahoma last week. The trainer lost horses, tack, truck and trailer, all of his racing equipment and all of his personal effects in the May 20 disaster. See related story.

Admission is $15 and includes dinner and entertainment. A silent auction will begin at 6:00 p.m. followed by a live auction at 7:30 p.m.
