RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—OCTOBER 1, 2014—Sustaining payments for horses eligible to the 2015 Grade 1 All American, Rainbow and Ruidoso derbies along with initial nominating payments to six 2015 New Mexico-bred stakes are due today (October 1) at Ruidoso Downs.

The sustaining payment to the three derbies to maintain eligibility is $400 for each race.

The 2015 New Mexico-bred quarter horse races that have the first nomination payment are the Zia Futurity, Zia Derby and the Mountain Top Quarter Horse Futurity. The 2015 thoroughbred stakes that have their nomination payment are the Mountain Top Thoroughbred Futurity, the Rio Grande Senor Futurity and the Rio Grande Senorita Futurity.

The nominating payment for each New Mexico-bred race is $300.
