ALEXANDRIA, LA—FEBRUARY 27, 2017—The Louisiana Breeders' Quarter Horse Association (LQHBA) will close their office on Tuesday (Feb. 28) in observance of Mardi Gras.

The office will reopen for business at 8:00 a.m. (CT) on Wednesday, March 1st.
