Third Payment to TQHA Sale Futurity Due Wednesday
ELGIN, TX—FEBRUARY 28, 2017—The third payment for the 2017 TQHA Sale Futurity(RG2) is due Wednesday (March 1). Owners must pay $500 to keep their foal of 2015 eligible to the restricted grade 2 race to be run in July at Retama Park.
Anyone who missed the December nomination deadline can pay $3,700 to late-nominate their 2-year-olds to the race. Eligible horses must have passed through the 2016 TQHA Yearling Sale ring.
Trials for the $400,000-est. futurity will be held on Friday, July 14th and final is set for Saturday, July 29th.
