RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—MARCH 10, 2016—It’s not too late for foals of 2016 to gain eligibility to the 2018 Triple Crown series at Ruidoso Downs. The Triple Crown Grade 1 stakes are the $1-million (est.) Ruidoso Futurity, $1-million (est.) Rainbow Futurity and the $3-million (est.) All American Futurity.

The cost for supplementing a non-eligible foal of 2016 to these races is a payment of $1,600. Foals of 2016 that are eligible to these Triple Crown races have a sustaining payment of $350 due. These payments are due on March 15.

Foals of 2015 also have a sustaining payment due on March 15 for this summer’s runnings of the Ruidoso, Rainbow and All American futurities. There is a sustaining payment of $600 due for each of the three Grade 1 futurities.

It is recommended that payments are sent by registered or certified mail.
