SunRay Park To Open Live Racing Meet on Friday

FARMINGTON, NM—APRIL 17, 2015—SunRay Park, near Farmington, will kick off its 36-day Quarter Horse and Thoroughbred meet on Friday.

A total of eight Quarter Horse stakes, headed by the 350-yard, $100,000-est. New Mexico Breeders' Futurity (RG3) for state-bred 2-year-olds on May 14, and the 350-yard, $80,000-est. Four Corners Futurity on June 18 will head list of stakes purses worth nearly $400,000.

SunRay Park will offer live racing a Friday-through-Monday schedule through closing day, June 19. Post times are set for 1:15 p.m. (MDT) Saturdays and Sundays and 3 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays.
