Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission Serves as Wyoming Breed Registrar

CASPER, WY—APRIL 28, 2017—On Monday, April 3, 2017 through the Commission’s Executive Director, Charles Moore an email was received from the Wyoming All Breeds Racing Association serving as notification that it resigns its prior designation as the State Breed Registrar for Wyoming.

On April 11, 2017 during a Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission Special Teleconference Meeting, the Commission designated the Commission Staff to act as the State Breed Registrar.

Yesterday (April 27), during a Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission Special Teleconference Meeting, the Commission made a motion to adopt fees for the Wyoming Bred Program and submit those fees through the emergency rule process.

The Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission will oversee all aspects of the Wyoming Bred Breeder Awards Program including the accreditation and payout of breeder funds. Please contact Brande Koltiska at the Commission office, (307) 265-4015 for any questions or concerns.
