OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—SEPTEMBER 8, 2017—Five trials and 25 jockeys will take part in five trial races on Wednesday, September 20th for the Heritage Place Pony Hop Races For Charity.

The event set for 6:00 p.m. (CDT) will be held during the annual Heritage Place Yearling Sale Pre-Sale Party festivities prior to the annual Heritage Place Quarter Horse Yearling Sale, set September 21-23 in Oklahoma City.

Wagering on each trial and finals will be done by purchasing tickets for $5 each and dropping them in the bucket of the "jockey" that you think will win.

One ticket will be drawn from the winning jockey's bucket after each race. Winning tickets for each trial will pay $200 and the winning ticket for the finals will pay $500.

All prizes and money that be paid out have been donated. Mondey raised by purchasing tickets will be donated to the Permanently Disabled Jockey Fund (PDJF) and the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) Disaster Relief Fund.
