ALEXANDRIA, LA—MAY 30, 2018—The drawing for hip numbers and stall assignments for the 2018 LQHBA Yearling Sale will be held Monday (Jun 4) at 10:00 AM at the LQHBA office in Alexandria.

Agents or consignors that need to be stalled with someone that have not notified the LQHBA office must do so by noon Friday (Jun 1). No changes will be accepted on the day of the draw.

Any same/similar owner who owns TWO (2) or more yearlings entered in the sale may swap ONE (1) of their hip numbers. Hip swaps must be received in the LQHBA office in writing by 2:00 p.m. Monday June 11. Consignors or agents must email or fax these hip number changes to tpatterson@lqhba.com or fax them to 318-487-6033.

The LQHBA office is located at 105 Carlyon Lane, which is three miles west of the Rapides Parish Coliseum on Hwy 28 West, in Alexandria.

All consignors are invited to attend the draw, but attendance is not mandatory. If you do not attend, you will be notified of your hip number by email. Agents and consignors are asked to make sure LQHBA has a valid email address for them.

As a reminder, the AQHA Registration Certificate stamped Parentage Verified, Signed Transfer and Louisiana Bred Certificate is due for each consignment by July 13.
