CASPER, WY—NOVEMBER 5, 2018—During the Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commission meeting held Friday (Nov. 2) in Casper, the Wyoming Pari-Mutuel Commissioners approved 30 Live race dates for 2019 that were requested by Wyoming Downs, LLC and Wyoming Horse Racing, LLC.

Wyoming Downs will run 14 days total, Saturdays and Sundays, starting July 6 and running through August 18, 2019 at the Evanston, Wyoming racetrack.

Wyoming Horse Racing, LLC will run 16 days total throughout the state. Energy Downs in Gillette, Wyoming will run 9 days; June 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, 28, 29, 30. Sweetwater Downs in Rock Springs will run 7 days; August 30, 31 September 1, 7, 8, 14, 15.

With the resurrection of racing again in Wyoming the Commission strives to continue the protection of the wagering public and the health, safety and welfare of both human and equine participants with our regulatory processes, presence and integrity.
