DALLAS, TX—DECEMBER 9, 2018—StallioneSearch.com has begun production of their popular-yearly short film series "The Making Of A Sire" spotlighting the transition from the racetrack to the breeding shed of young stallion.

This year's series will star the Champion Kvn Corona who arrived in Oklahoma last week to begin preparations for the 2019 breeding season.

The short film, written and produced by award-winning filmmaker Greg Thompson of StallioneSearch.com, chronicles the race career of the 2017 AQHA Champion Two-Year Old Colt, as well as the discussion of his upcoming sire career.

Interviews through the multi-part series include those with KVN's co-breeder and owner Keith Nellesen, 14-time AQHA Racing World Champion trainer Paul Jones, and Butch Wise of Lazy E.

On Wednesday (Dec. 5), Kvn Corona flew from Ontario, California to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma aboard a Tex Sutton horse transport jet airliner, arriving safely at Lazy E Ranch around 11:30 am (CST). CLICK HERE to view video of KVN Corona at Lazy E Ranch.

Bred by McColee Land and Cattle Company, Kvn Corona is the son leading living sire of money earners Corona Cartel, out of the Executive Menace mare Executive Looks. Aside from being a Grade 1 winner with $868,077 in career earnings, Kvn Corona is also the full-brother to Grade 1 winner Big Lew. KVN Corona will stand his first season for a fee of $5,000.

This marks the fourth year that a sire has been selected to be spotlighted within the "Making Of A Sire" series on StallioneSearch.com. The first "Making Of A Sire" film spotlighted the stallion Kiss My Hocks as he transitioned from race career to stud career. The following year in 2016, the All American Futurity(G1) winner Jess Good Candy was the subject of the second edition of the film series. Last year, the All American Futurity(G1) and AQHA World Champion One Dashing Eagle was the spotlight stallion.
