OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—JANUARY 8, 2019—The first condition book of the 2019 Remington Park Quarter Horse season is now available on the Remington Park website or by CLICKING HERE.

The book covers opening day March 8 through April 19. The 2019 season will race 50 days, Thursdays thru Saturday with a 6:00 p.m. (CST) first post and on Sundays at 1:30 p.m. (CST). Special race days and posts will me Memorial Day, Monday May 27 (TBA) and closing day, Sunday, June 1 at 5:00 p.m. (CST).

According to Remington Park officials, the 2019 season will feature 39 stakes events with purses of more than $3.2 million.

As recently announced by Remington Park and OQHRA no horse will be allowed to enter a race at Remington Park during the 2019 Quarter Horse meet unless results of a negative hair test has been provided to racing secretary prior to entry.

The OQHRA will hold a meeting for horsemen in the auditorium at Heritage Place in Oklahoma City, at 8:00 a.m., Friday, January 18, prior to the start of the 2019 Heritage Place Winter Mixed Sale, to answer questions.
