GRAND PRAIRIE, TX—SEPTEMBER 19, 2019—It’s a win, win for the 2019 Lone Star Park Racing Club and The Paddock Foundation, the charity chosen to receive any profit made by the club.

A total of 113 members signed up for this year’s LSPRC. They owned two horses during the recently concluded season, both were winners. The club earned enough to repay all members' shares in full leaving a balance of $3,771.59 to be donated to The Paddock Foundation.

A check presentation will be made Friday, September 20, Opening Night of the Quarter Horse Racing Season. Racing club members will be here for the presentation in the winner’s circle after the third race.

Formed by The Texas Thoroughbred Association, The Paddock Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit corporation with a mission to support and advance the care of Thoroughbred racehorses after their racing careers by supporting rescue, retirement, rehabilitation, re-training and re-homing.

Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, a Class I racetrack operated by Texas Partners LSP and Global Gaming LSP. The track offers a 16-day 2019 Quarter Horse Season, which opens Friday, September 20 and concludes on Saturday, November 9.
