HOUSTON, TX—MARCH 24, 2020—Sam Houston Race Park cancelled its Quarter Horse meet due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and today announced that all cleared payments made for the months of December, January and February will be fully refunded by Sam Houston Race Park.

Due to ongoing restrictions made by Harris County officials effective on March 25, 2020, checks will be mailed by mid-April 2020.

Payments made for the March 2020 deadline, have not been cashed by Sam Houston Race Park. These payments will be handled as follows:

• All Money Orders will be mailed back to the mailing address
• All checks will be shredded by Sam Houston Race Park, unless otherwise instructed
