OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—AUGUST 4, 2020—The Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association (OQHRA) will hold a Board of Directors meeting at noon (CDT) Tuesday, August 18th at Heritage Place Sales Company in Oklahoma City.

Individually wrapped lunch will be provided for those who attend. OQHRA encourages everyone attending the meeting to wear a face mask.
