JAY, OK—NOVEMBER 10, 2020—Nomination for the $150,000 est. 2021 PSBA American Paint Classic Futurity is due Sunday, November 15. APHA foals of 2019 by member sires of 2018 are eligible to nominate to the 350 yard race.

The member sires include Awesome Chrome, Barracuda, Cocked An Loaded, Country Quick Dash, CRM Livewire, Dos Poruno, Easy On Cash, Eyem Showin Off, Gitter Dun Turnpike, Habitual Flyer, Judys Kiss, Memory Keeper, MHM Hotwire, MH Primetime, Osage Spirit, Painted Turnpike, Royal Quick Flash and SM Country Snowman.

Trials will be run at Remington Park on Friday, April 9 with the final set on Saturday, April 24. The race includes $75,000 est. added money and Breeder/Stallion Awards paid to the top 3 finishers. A nomination fee of $400 is due on or before November 15.

PSBA American Paint Classic Derby Will Be Conducted As An Overnight Stakes

The 2021 running of the PSBA American Paint Classic Derby will be conducted on April 24 as an Overnight Stakes at 400 yards and will be renamed; the PSBA American Paint Classic Derby Stakes.

The projected purse is $25,000 added with allowance level Oklahoma Bred money, if eligible. Breeder/Stallion Awards will be paid to the winner only.

APHA foals of 2018 by member sires of 2017 are eligible to enter. The member sires include Awesome Chrome, Bull, Cocked An Loaded, Country Quick Dash, CRM Livewire, Decash, Dos Poruno, Easy On Cash, Eyem Showin Off, Gitter Dun Turnpike, Habitual Flyer, Little PYC, Judys Kiss, MH Primetime, Osage Spirit, Painted Turnpike, Royal Quick Flash, Sky High Fame, SM Country Snowman and The Dashing Hero.

The entry and starter fees will be paid to the Horsemen’s Bookkeeper. Deadline for nomination into the stakes will be posted in the RP condition book. The field will be limited to 12 horses based on the highest accumulated earnings according to Equibase will have preference.
