BELCOURT, ND—JUNE 20, 2021—Ramblin V Eight got her 11th career win Sunday afternoon at Chippewa Downs when she defeated Miss Vals Easy Cash by a head in the $9,900 Chippewa Downs ND Bred QH Maturity (not black type).

Ridden by jockey Joel Estrada, Ramblin V Eight completed the 350 yards in :17.875 seconds, equaling a 99 speed index into a 17 mph crosswind. The $4,950 winners' purse boosted the 5-year-old mare's earnings to $58,238.

Bill Geditz trains the daughter Ima Ramblin On for owner Bryton Dewald. Bred by Randal Schwartz, from the Lead The Field mare Two Thirty Eight, the multiple stakes winner has compiled a (22) 11-3-1 record.

John Bubel's homebred stakes winning Miss Vals Easy Cash picked up $2,277 for second. Trainer Terry Davis named jockey Evan Herman to ride the 6-year-old daughter of Such Easy Cash form the Dashing Val mare Miss Salty Val. Miss Vals Easy Cash has earned $37,144.

Fancy Pant, a 4-year-old Paint daughter of Daimon's Tale (TB), finished 2-¼ lengths back to earn $990 for third. Jeff Charbonneau trains the bay mare for owner-breeder Kenneth D. Groce. Zachary Bacon had the riding call aboard the $18,314 earner out of Treasured Penny by Special Eliminator.
