Q RACING—APRIL 6, 2021— Nominations are open for two Challenge races at Canterbury Park, the Bank of America Canterbury Championship Challenge (G3) and the AQHA Racing Canterbury Distance Challenge.

Both races are set to run on July 6. The races are being left open to afford opportunity for greater participation in the races.

The nomination for the races will be open until June 1, at which time both the $400 nomination, $800 sustaining and $300 hair-testing fee will be due. A $5,000 late payment will be accepted on or before the day of entry for the time trials, regardless if time trials are needed.

The Bank of America Canterbury Championship Challenge is a Grade 3 stakes with $50,000-added, to be run over 440 yards.

The AQHA Racing Canterbury Distance Challenge is a $20,000-added stakes, to be run over 870 yards.

Owners wishing to nominate a horse online can do so at AQHA’s online nomination page.

This is in addition to options that include mailing a payment or making a payment over the phone.
