CLAREMORE, OK—SEPTEMBER 24, 2021—Docs Dusty Cartel a graded stakes winning Coronado Cartel colt racing for Dusty Rose Ranch LLC, is one of 10 state-bred 2-year-olds entered back in Sunday’s 350-yard, $194,500 Oklahoma Horsemen’s Association Mystery Futurity (RG2) at Will Rogers Downs.

The seventh-fastest qualifier from eight trials run on September 11, Docs Dusty Cartel has earned $142,496 from six starts -- all in Oklahoma -- and his four wins include a 1 3/4-length victory in the 350-yard, $85,000 Speedhorse Futurity (G3) at Fair Meadows at Tulsa on July 24. Stacey Capps trains the homebred colt.

Docs Dusty Cartel drew post 10 and will be ridden by Rolando Raudales.

Other contenders include Im A Fancee Chik, a homebred daughter of Im A Fancy Pyc trained by Clint Crawford for owners Danny Salisbury and Dennis Salisbury. The sixth-fastest qualifier, the filly has won four of seven starts and has banked $114,878, and she won two stakes during the Remington Park spring meet.

Im A Fancee Chik drew post 4 and will be ridden by Mario Delgado.
