TULSA, OK–JUNE 15, 2022–
Bubba Bad, a graded stakes placed son of the Pyc Paint Your Wagon stallion Second Painted Sign owned and trained by Ray Enlow, is one of six distance specialists entered in Saturday's 870-yard, $15,000 Expo Square Stakes at Fair Meadows at Tulsa.

Bubba Bad is coming off of a Remington Park spring meet during which he finished third, 5 3/4 lengths behind winner and reigning distance champion Wascallywittlewabbit, in the 870-yard, $50,000 Pauls Valley Stakes (G2) on March 31. The homebred bay gelding drew the rail post and will be ridden by Roman Cruz.

Also on Saturday, Miguel Mendoza's Cuz He Gone heads a field of eight 2-year-olds entered in the 350-yard, $15,000 Fair Meadows Juvenile Stakes.

A gelded son of Capo de Capi trained by Jesus Ruiz, Cuz He Gone will be stretching out in distance off of his third-place finish, 1 1/4 lengths behind winner Eye On The Card, in the May 21, 330-yard FL Lady Bugs Stakes (RG2) for Oklahoma-bred 2-year-olds at Remington Park.

Cuz He Gone drew post 5 and will be ridden by Paul Nieto.
