CLAREMORE, OK–NOVEMBER13, 2022–Fabulous Rachel, a daughter of leading thrid-crop sire One Fabulous Eagle and the fastest qualifier, drew post 8 for Tuesday's 400-yard, $25,000-added Oklahoma Horsemen's Association Mystery Derby (R) for state-bred 3-year-olds at Will Rogers Downs.

Fabulous Rachel is trained by Waylan Melton for owner Darling Farms. The filly has earned $50,771 from four races this season, and her three wins include a three-quarter length victory in the August 28, $99,000 Gillespie County Fair Derby at Fredericksburg, Texas.

Fabulous Rachel will be ridden by Juan Pulido.

Other contenders include Adina Baker's Just A Kool Boy, a multiple graded stakes placed Favorite Cartel colt trained by Eddie D. Willis. Just A Kool Boy has banked $66,249 from seven outs this season, and his record includes a second-place finish, one length behind winner Dreamsville, in the April 16, $271,000 Remington Park Derby (RG2) for Oklahoma-bred sophomores. He also was a finalist in last year's Grade 1, 400-yard Golden State Million Futurity at Los Alamitos.

Just A Kool Boy drew post 5 and will be ridden by Justine Klaiber.
