The Oklahoma Quarter Horse Racing Association has released their July Nominations Summary

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK–JULY 27, 2022–We appreciate you choosing to participate in our races and everyone making their payment on or before the 15th of the month. Recurring payments will be automatically deducted on the 15th of each month.

Please contact our office if you would like to set up automatic recurring payments.

“If you have any questions regarding the races, payments, or Oklahoma racing in general, please do not hesitate to call our office,” OQHRA Race Administrator McKenzie Lumry said. “If you see an error in horse name, ownership, etc. let OQHRA know so it can be corrected prior to the next payment.”

70 Horses Eligible – Account Balance as of 7/31/2022 = $194,900

2022 Black Gold Oaks ( Will Rogers Downs – November )
112 Horses Eligible – Account Balance as of 7/31/2022 = $316,700

2022 Mystery Futurity ( Will Rogers Downs – September )
66 Berths Eligible – Account Balance as of 7/31/2022 = $106,000

2022 Mystery Derby ( Will Rogers Downs – November )
33 Berths Eligible – Account Balance as of 7/31/2022 = $54,500

RACE DATE CHANGES: Due to the schedule change at Will Rogers Downs, the trials & finals dates have changed for the Black Gold & Mystery. The new dates are:

Black Gold Futurity:
   Trials October 31
   Finals November 15

Black Gold Oaks:
   Trials October 30
   Finals November 15

Mystery Futurity:
   Trials September 12
   Finals September 26

Mystery Derby:
   Trials October 31
   Finals November 15
