Seven Aged Runners Entered in Arapahoe Park’s Rocky Mountain Championship

AURORA, CO—OCTOBER 8, 2021—Seven sprinters, headed by early favorite Jess Un Sies Mas, are entered in Wednesday’s 400-yard, $15,500-added Rocky Mountain Championship Stakes at Arapahoe Park.

A 5-year-old homebred son of world champion Apollitical Jess trained by Jose Manuel Barron for owner Hugo Barron-Sierra, Jess Un Sies Mas will be stretching out in distance off of his three-quarter length victory in the 350-yard, $17,000 Dolls Prodigy Stakes at Arapahoe Park on September 2. The gelding has won eight of 12 starts at Arapahoe, including the 2019 Lucille Rowe Derby (R) for Colorado-breds.

Jess Un Sies Mas drew post 3 and will be ridden by Jesus Olivas.
