Breeders Sales Company of Louisiana will offer a Quarter Horse session in its 2022 Fall Mixed Sale in Opelousas.

OPELOUSAS, LA–AUGUST 10, 2022– The LTBA Louisiana Thoroughbred Breeders Association’s “Breeders Sales Company of Louisiana” will hold its annual sale on Saturday October 1, 2022 at Equine Sales of Louisiana in Opelousas, Louisiana.

The sale company will accept Quarter Horse yearling, mares, weanlings and horses-of-racing age. Accredited Louisiana Bred yearlings that pass through the ring will become eligible for the 2023 $500,000-est. LQHBA Sale Futurity.

Consignment Entry Fee of $400 per yearling and $250 for mares, weanlings and older horses must accompany the form. AQHA Registration papers, signed transfer & Breeder’s certificate signed by both mare owner and stallion owner must be turned in with consignment forms.
