Relentless Doll Scores First Stakes Victory in Fair Meadows' Rocky Heinzig

TULSA, OK—JULY 23, 2021—Relentless Doll, a 4-year-old son of multiple stakes sire Hes Relentless, got his first stakes win on Friday, as the post-time favorite, when he defeated Rolling Along by a neck in the $15,000 Rocky Heinzig Stakes at Fair Meadows Racecourse.

Under jockey Daniel Torres, Relentless Doll completed the 350 yards in :17.863 seconds, equaling a 91 speed index into a 9 mph headwind. It was the fourth win in 19 career starts and the $10,284 winner's purse boosted his earnings mark to $78,387.

Samuel Gaytan, Jr., saddled the Oklahoma-bred for owner Victor Gaytan Garcia. Buddy Albin bred the bay gelding from the Pyc Paint Your Wagon mare Lil Miss Party Doll.

Runner-up Rolling Along, a California-bred son of Kiddy Up, earned $2,928 for second. Diego Arroyo trains the 6-year-old for owner Gerardo Arroyo. Leading breeder Edward Allred bred Rolling Along from the Walk Thru Fire mare Hits Keep Coming. Gonzalo Gutierrez was riding the $70,428 earner.

Hes All Corona finished three-quarters back in third for owner-trainer Longino Garcia. Matt Dunn bred the Dominyun 5-year-old in Oklahoma from the Corona Cartel mare Shes All Corona. Justine Klaiber was up to earn $1,886 for the effort.t

Jesta Wave, Olena Sangria, Doubters Beware, Hrr Dreamer, Southernstylemission and Giant Courage completed the field. Presidential Embrace was scratched.
