MALAD CITY, ID—JULY 31, 2021—Richie Rich 1 rolled to a 2-˝ length win in the last of three trials Saturday for the Oneida County QH Futurity at the Oneida County Fairground. The son of Concorde's Appeal (TB) posted the top qualifying time from the 14 2-year-olds who competed.

The eight fastest qualifiers will return to the Oneida County Fairground on Sunday, August 8th to vie for the winner's share of a $10,000-added purse going 300 yards.

Conditioned by owner-trainer Uriel Arreola, Richie Rich 1 completed the 300 yard task into a 6 mph crosswind in :15.810 seconds to establish to top qualifying mark. It was the second win in four starts for the bay Idaho-bred colt.

Arreola bred Richie Rich 1 from the Bono Jazz mare Race To Riches. The colt broke his maiden in last start July 16th at Pocatello Downs was fifth in the Roche Equine Veterinary Services Futurity on June 20th. Richie Rich 1 has earned $3,666.

Momys Little Corona got her second career win in in the second trial for owner Juan Hernandez to post the second fastest time of :16.039 seconds. Jesus Flores had the riding call for trainer Glen Jamison aboard the Slew's Price filly.

Juan Hernandez Flores bred the brown filly in Idaho from the Coronas Prospect mare Dds Corona Prospect. She has earned $3,250 in five starts.

Five Livestock Company LLC's homebred Chicks Dashin Bandit was a one-length winner in the opening trial to get the seventh fastest time of :16.537 seconds, into a 9 mph crosswind.

Monty Arrossa trains the stakes-placed son of Coronas Fast Dash from the Spit Curl Jess mare First Prize Chicks. Third in the Roche Equine Veterinary Services Futurity in his last start June 20th, Chicks Dashin Bandit has earned $3,943 in four starts. Oscar Cervantes was up.
