EVANSTON, WY—JULY 31, 2021—The second fastest qualifier from four trials on July 17, Blazin Mr Jess returned to win the feature race of the day at Wyoming Downs, the $37,300 KC Carden Wyoming Bred Derby.

Jesus Valenzuela rode Blazin Mr Jess ($7.40) in her trial and returned to ride her in the final. The pair broke sharply and won gate-to-wire, finishing a nose in front of Bodacious Denali.
