RAPID CITY, SD—SEPTEMBER 8, 2020—Chicks Dash Easy, a multiple stakes-placed son of leading sire Chicks Beduino died August 17th. He was 22-years-old. He stood at the Sgt. Deer Foundation in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Bred and raced by Ken and Reba George, Chicks Dash Easy won or placed in nine of 23 starts and earned $21,254. Named Oklahoma High Point 3-Year-Old, he was second in the Prairie Meadows Central Distance Challenge and third in the Los Alamitos Stakes at Lone Star Park. He was also a finalist in the Grade 3 Oklahoma Derby Challenge.

His offspring have set track records and he has foals performing on the track and in the arena.

The Sergeant Colton Levi Derr Foundation honors the name of Colton Levi Derr. Colton suffered with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) following his combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.
