A record crowd was reported, as well as gains in just about every category as compared to the 2020 opening day for the September Heritage Place Yearling sale.

The champion-producing broodmare Little Surfer, by First Down Dash, had two of her offspring eclipse the $200,000 mark during Friday's opening session of the 2021 Heritage Place September Yearling Sale in Oklahoma City.
