The 2023 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale will be held September 1-3 in the Ruidoso Horse Sales' Pavilion at Ruidoso Downs, New Mexico.

RUIDOSO DOWNS, NM—JULY 28, 2023—Q Data Pedigrees announced today that an online version of the upcoming 2023 Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale is now available. Horsemen and women can CLICK HERE to download a copy.

The three-day event, scheduled September 1 thru September 3 in the Ruidoso Horse Sale's Pavilion at Ruidoso Downs, will feature 445 head of the industry's finest race bred Quarter Horse yearlings to be sold in three sessions.

The industry's leading yearling sale grossed more than $26.3 million and averaged over $73,121 per head at its 2022 sale.

In the last three decades the Ruidoso Select Sale has sold 40 AQHA Racing Champion, 25 earners of over $1-milllion and 12 All American Futurity(G1).

Sale goers are urged to take note that Ruidoso Downs will not offer "live racing" on Friday, September 1, so the annual sale will kick-off at 3:00 pm (MDT), offering Hips 1 thru 195.

Saturday's Session 2 will get underway following the last race at Ruidoso Downs and will offer Hips 196 thru 320. Sunday's closing Session 3 will also begin following the last race at Ruidoso Downs with Hips 321 thru 445.

The complete yearling catalog, including horse, consignor, sire and dam indexes, is also available through the RGP Catalog App for iPad, iPhone, Android phones and Android tablets.

The Ruidoso Jockey Club will be catering the sale from the "Horse Sale Kitchen" in 2022, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen opens daily at 6:30 a.m. They will also offer breakfast and lunch on Wednesday and Thursday (Aug. 31-Sept. 1). Take out service will be available as well as bar service will be available in the "sales pavilion" during the sale.
