OKLAHOMA CITY, OK—APRIL 20, 2017—A full field of 10 Oklahoma bred 3-year-olds, headed by fastest qualifier Dicecapades, has been entered back in Saturday's 400-yard, $303,000 Remington Park Derby (RG3).
Dicecapades is a brown daughter of Prospect To The Top trained by John Weghorst for owner Terry McLean of Claremore, Oklahoma. A two-time stakes winner during the 2016 Remington Park season, the filly made her sophomore debut with a wire-to-wire victory as the odds-on favorite in the first of six Remington Park Derby trials on April 9.
Dicecapades drew post 9 and will be ridden by James Flores. The filly's nine opponents include CoCoMo Racing LLC's V Power. The second-fastest qualifier, V Power has won three of 11 starts, including three of six at Remington Park, and she was a finalist in last year's 350-yard, $1,083,000 Heritage Place Futurity (G1).
V Power drew post 3 and will be ridden by Paul Nieto.

Also on Saturday, The Fiscal Cliff will face nine opponents in the 300-yard, $50,000 Bob Moore Memorial Stakes (G2). Trained by Kasey Willis for owner Tom Lepic of Iowa City, Iowa, the homebred 4-year-old Pyc Paint Your Wagon stallion has won nine of 16 outs and has earned $316,334, and he is coming off of a second-place finish to Bodacious Eagle in the 350-yard, $50,000 Eastex Stakes (G2) on March 12.
A full field of 10 Oklahoma-bred juveniles, topped by 6-5 morning-line favorite Ima China Rush, has been entered in the 330-yard, $61,800 Laico Bird Stakes (R). Ima China Rush races for Sherry Gilmore from the barn of trainer Guillermo Valdivia, and the homebred daughter of Rushago will be stretching out in distance off of her half-length victory as the fastest qualifier in the 300-yard, $525,000 Oklahoma Futurity (G3) on March 25.
