Six-Figure Ruidoso Yearling Graduate Heads Remington Park Training Races on Wednesday

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK--MARCH 13, 2018--A six-figure Ruidoso Select Yearling Sale Graduate will head Remington Park schooling races on Wednesday.

Race 1 thru 11 are scheduled for 2-year-olds. First post is 11:00 a.m. and all training races will be run at the 250 yard distance.

Trainer Trey Wood will saddle Terry and Irene Stennett's One Priceless Eagle, a $210,000 Ruidoso Select graduate in Race 10. The son of leading sire One Famous Eagle is a half-brother to Remington Park Championship(G1) winner Priceless Feature and four other stakes winners Ms Southern Policy, Miss Southern DD, Miss Southern Jess and A Priceless Dash.

One Priceless Eagle is out of the Corona Cartel mare Southern Price, a sister to Ruidoso Derby(G2) winner and multiple stakes sire Southern Cartel and Oklahoma Futurity(G3) winner CC Policy. This is the immediate family of last year's Ruidoso Futurity(G1) winner Uptown Dynasty.

Tom and Bill Maher's $47,000 Ruidoso Select Yearling purchase Corona Rock Star will start for trainer Jason Olmstead in Race 6. The son of leading living sire Corona Cartel is a half-brother to stakes winner JR Rock Star. His dam is a sister to AQHA Racing Champion and leading sire One Famous Eagle.

Olmstead and the Mahers will also team on Race 3 with $45,000 Heritage Place Sale graduate Paint Me Wicked, a Pyc Paint Your Wagon half-brother to Grade 1 winner Baja Jazz and stakes winner Wicked Valentine. This is the immediate family of 2017 AQHA Racing Champion 2-Year-Old Gelding Eagle Jazz and Remington Park Oklahoma-Bred Futurity(RG2) winner Teller Baja.

A pair of $42,000 Summer Sale yearlings conditioned by father and son will face off in Race 7.

Trainer Kasey Willis will saddle $42,000 Heritage Place Yearling Sale graduate Its No Sin To Win for Connie Young and John Herrick. The Valiant Hero half-brother to stakes winner Royal Sin Tacha is out of the Grade 3 winning Mr Jess Perry mare Sin Tacha Perry, a half-sister to AQHA Racing World Champion Streakin Sin Tacha. This is the family of Los Alamitos Winter Derby(G1) winner Viva Mi Corazon.

Trainer Eddie D. Willis will start the First Down Dash colt First Down Eyes in Race 7 for owner Monty McNair. The $42,000 Ruidoso repurchase is from the immediate family of Grade 3 winner and champion sire Desirio and last year's Sam Houston Futurity(G2) winner This Is An Eagle.
