ALTOONA, IA—SEPTEMBER 14, 2019—Under jockey Justin Shepard post time favorite Apollitical Mogul swerved out at the start but rallied to defeat Jess Wagon P by three-quarters in the $50,430 Adequan Prairie Meadows Derby Challenge Saturday afternoon.
